Without a centralized system for handling requests, the influx of ad-hoc tasks can stretch the team’s capacity. I implemented structured processes, which are key to maintaining high standards and avoiding burnout.

I lead with curiosity, empathy, and authenticity, fostering a team culture built on the same values.

This is one of my favorite expressions, often attributed to JFK, who used it to promote inclusive economic growth. I love it in the context of innovation and a team spirit of lifting each other up.
